About

Hi, I'mFilip.

I photograph weddings and people under the name Shutterstories, and I have been doing it for years now.

What started as a camera on a strap at friends' celebrations has become the thing I care about most. I love the in-between moments: the nervous laugh before the ceremony, the grandmother who dances longer than anyone expected.

Alongside photography I'm doing my Master's in physics. That means I spend a lot of time thinking about light: how it scatters through a veil, how it falls across a face in the last hour before sunset. Behind the camera I stop measuring it and simply follow it.

My goal is simple. When you open your gallery in thirty years, it should feel the way the day did.

Moments over poses

Most of your gallery will be real moments. I direct only when it makes a photograph better.

Natural light first

I work with the light that's already there and bring my own only when the room gets dark.

Colour that lasts

Soft, true-to-life tones that will still look right in ten years, not this season's filter.
